"Editorial policy" of the Preprint server of the Hyke network:

1. At least one of the authors has to be a participant to the network. To become a participant, one has to belong to a team (or satellite) of Hyke and to ask for the permission of the corresponding Team Organizer (TO). The TO will give a password and the inscription can then be done on the web server: http://hyke.org

2. Preprints are not refereed and authors are responsible for the contents.

3. Preprints are deposited by one of the authors assuming that he has the agreement of the other ones. He is responsible in case of any disagreement with his co-authors.

4. The files can be removed at any time. However, the title will remain in the list of the preprints.

5. Files can be changed before the end of the current month (they are dated by month + year; date and number cannot be changed). For later revisions, authors are invited to deposit again the new version (a mention "see Hyke preprint no. xxxx for a revised version can be added to the title of the first version).
